Skills and behavioral development
The course aims to raise the level of drivers’ skills and behaviors while dealing directly with customers and how to appear in a decent appearance that positively affects on company in which the trainee works. This is done through training and discussion of the following points:
• Learn about customer service in general and the driver’s role in how to deal with the company’s customers
• The role of the driver in the work system and what are the requirements imposed on him
• The first impression and how this affects the driver and the customer
• Etiquette and conditions that must be followed by the driver, whether inside or outside the car
• Studying the types of clients and how to deal with each personality individually
